The questions are considered:
- the formation of an effective pricing policy of enterprises;
- expanding the scope and prospects for the development of estimated standards in construction;
- development of a methodology for the study of labor costs when performing geodetic work as part of the technological process of erecting monolithic-frame buildings, which can be used to create an information-mathematical model of the technological process of measurements taking into account the influence of organizational and technological factors.
The results of a numerical experiment to determine the patterns of changes in the cost of building a residential complex from the combination of work, the number of working hours per week and sources of financing are shown.
