METHOD OF RESEARCH OF DURATION OF GEODESIC WORKS IN THE COMPONENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF ERECTION OF MONOLITHIC>FRAME BUILDINGS

Abstract

Geodetic works are the basis for the execution of construction and assembly works, and they
cannot be separated from the technological process, since: the installation of building structures is per
formed only after the marking works (removal to the nature of axes and marking of risks); installation
of structures or formwork is accompanied by measurements, adjustment and adjustment of their posi
tion; the beginning of the next stage of construction requires a geodetic inspection of structures assem
bled in the previous stage. It is impossible to put into operation a construction object without the execu
tive documentation, which is made on the basis of executive surveying surveys. That is, geodetic works
lie on the critical path of operations of any technological process. The method is developed and an exam
ple of the study of labor costs in the performance of geodetic works in the technological process of erec
tion of monolithic frame buildings, which can be applied to create an information and mathematical
model of technological process of measurements taking into account the influence of organizational and technological factors.
