ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE PUBLIC BUYERS MARKET IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION AT THE EXAMPLE OF EXTERNAL HEAT SUPPLY NETWORKS

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of the public procurement market for external heat supply
networks, it is found that every year purchases for the construction of pipelines, communication
lines and electricity supply are becoming more and more. This is due to the deterioration of the
networks of pipelines and requires their immediate replacement. Analyzed the cost of laying the
external heat supply networks and found that the price increases with increasing network length
and decreases with increasing pipe diameter. Statistical analysis revealed that it is more profitable
for procurement participants to participate in procurement for a large amount of work -
this is more cost-effective for an enterprise in the event of victory. The analysis made it possible
to reveal that the question of optimizing public procurement mechanisms in accordance with the
objectives of such a policy seems to be a relevant area for further research.
