STATE REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

The article investigates the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the con
struction industry of Ukraine in order to provide recommendations for state regulation, the development of municipal and regional programs and the promotion of CSR development in the construction sector.
An overview of theoretical scientific approaches to the disclosure of the content of the concept "corpo
rate social responsibility", disclosed its essence, factors of influence, approaches to evaluation. The main tendencies of development of corporate social responsibility are revealed, researches of approaches to the estimation of level of corporate social responsibility offered by the domestic scientists are conducted. The components of the formation of the system of corporate social responsibility, subjects and objects, means of influence, measures taken by domestic construction companies are revealed. The study allowed forming areas for improvement of the corporate social responsibility system, which in the future would allow to carry out the targeted state influence in order to stimulate the development of CSR.
