INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS ON THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Abstract

 The results of a numerical experiment to determine patterns of changes in the cost of construc
tion of a residential complex on the combination of work, the number of working hours per week and sources of funding were shown. The technique of experimental statistical modeling was used in the search and justification of the pattern. The characteristic subregions of the factor space were shown: changes in the value of financing conditions under different organizational regimes; change in the cost of the combination of work, the number of working hours per week with certain financial schemes. Conclusions were made about the nature of the dependence of the studied indicator.
