METHODICAL APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF TENDER PROPOSALS
Abstract
For general contractors, subcontractors and customer service providers, it is important to cre
ate a methodological approach to evaluating tender offers, to analyze various methods and methods for
evaluating tender offers, which will allow the customer services to more reasonably and multilaterally
evaluate tender offers, and contractors before participating in tenders — to analyze their own advant
ages and disadvantages, protecting themselves from many mistakes in advance. The review of the pro
curement procedures envisaged by the legislation, the evaluation criteria, the stages of evaluation of the tender offers were reviewed.
An overview of the existing methods for evaluating tender offers is reviewed and an example of using
the "lowest bidding" method is presented for choosing a proposal for the arrangement of burr piles.
