Abstract

The article substantiates a set of production factors necessary to obtain the main results of the construction activity. The necessity of the integral estimation of the cumulative effect of factors and the calculation of the effective indicator using the method of canonical correlations has been proved. A technique is proposed for the qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of construction activities based on the results of canonical analysis combined with the Harrington desirability function, which was used to analyze construction enterprises for 2017 in a regional context.
