EXTENSION OF APPLICATION AREA AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ESTABLISHED RATING IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article presents the recommendations and wishes for expanding the scope and prospects
for the development of cost estimates in construction. There were developed methodical bases of further
recommendations in the form of fourdimensional model of choice of types of labor standards for dif
ferent conditions of construction enterprise. Theses of recommendations on supplementing the text of
the standard DSTUN B D.1.16: 2013 and the general algorithm of combination of methods of labor
standardization and statistical substantiation of the minimum necessary quantity of experiments on
measuring of labor costs were also developed. The concept of development of national costing normali
zation in construction is offered. The developed provisions are aimed at improving the quality of the for
med labor standards, reducing the complexity of their calculation, laying down the prerequisites for rati
onalization and industrialization of construction, utilizations of standard in modern informational pro
grams.
