MAIN FACTORS OF THE INFLUENCE DURING THE DEVICE OF THE BOILER AND MEASURES TO PREVENT THE INFLUENCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNDERGROUND PART OF THE BUILDING ON THE ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The methodology and calculation of determining the influence of various factors in the
construction of a pit on the territory of a compacted urban development on labor costs, which determi
ne the timing and cost of the excavation, are presented. To obtain objective information on the basis of
the method of expert assessments, the ranking of the factors that determine the compacted conditions in
the zone of the excavation and the construction of the underground part of the building was carried out.
The calculation of the reliability of the obtained expert assessment was carried out, for which the degree
of unanimity of experts was determined using the standard deviation and the coefficient of variation.
According to the results of the research, it was found that the main factors that determine the compac
ted conditions in the area of the excavation and excavation are the distance from the excavation to the
adjacent buildings and roads, the properties of the soil base, and the depth of the excavation.
The results of the choice of methods of pit fencing are presented, combining relatively low time and
financial costs while achieving a guaranteed exclusion of a significant impact of negative factors of the
pit construction and excavation on the surrounding compaction objects, based on the ranking of possi
ble options for pit fencing as one of the common collective methods of expert assessments.
According to a comprehensive assessment of efficiency, as well as financial and time costs for the con
struction of the pit fence, the methods are arranged in the following order: wall in the ground; bored
piles; bored piles; prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs; Larsen tongue; steel sheet pile with reinfor
ced concrete filling; steel sheet pile with wooden fill; wooden tongue.
