EVALUATION AND RESEARCH OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF MEASURING WORKS AS A PART OF THE INSTRUMENTAL MONITORING
To optimize the overall duration of new construction, it is necessary to assess the impact of
monitoring the adjacent compacted buildings on the duration of construction processes. The existing
norms used in practice to determine the labor costs for measuring work do not cover all their varieties
and features that can be used in the monitoring of buildings and areas adjacent to new construction.
According to the authors, it is possible to take into account the influence of such factors by analyzing
certain elementary techniques in their composition and assessing the individual specifics of the influen
ce of existing factors on them. The article considers the working methods of the preparatory (installati
on) cycle and the current (working) cycle for monitoring subsystems to determine the controlled factor
of deformation (cracking) and deformation (subsidence and roll) and analyzes the basic operations in
the monitoring work and determines the duration and parameters technical condition of buildings
(structures) of adjacent buildings.
