DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION MODEL OF INFLUENCE OF NEW BUILDING ON OPERATING FITNESS
Abstract
The article deals with the main causes of deformation of existing buildings during the con
struction of nearby buildings and the factors of natural and manmade influence on their serviceabili
ty. Methods for calculating the impact of new construction on the operational suitability of adjacent
buildings are given. Algorithms for developing an information model for calculating the impact of new
construction on the operational suitability of adjacent buildings have been elaborated.
