BENCHMARKING ASSESSMENT OF RELIABILITY OF CONTRACTORS OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES IN AN UNSTABLE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The article defines the key directions of using benchmarking to improve the strategic and
tactical management of enterprises that specialize in construction activities. Within the framework of
the development of the concept of the use of artificial intelligence systems in the management of finan<
cial resources, an author's methodology has been laid to assess the probability of obtaining an economic
effect from planned measures for the implementation of credit and settlement policies and a qualitati<
ve assessment of the economic reliability of contractors of construction enterprises, primarily general
contractors.
