THE INFLUENCE OF INSTITUTIONAL SECURITY ON THE ACCESSIBILITY OF RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The peculiarities of forming the institutional structure of the housing market are conside<
red. The characteristics of the composition of the institutional structure for ensuring the development of
the affordable housing market are given. The main factors of institutional support that affect housing
affordability are identified. By means of correlation<regression analysis the equation of influence of
these factors on the structure of the housing market was created. The values of the factors "number of
non<residential buildings", "share of created united territorial communities", "number of cities that have
been granted authority on arch<building control", "number of support funds for entrepreneurship",
"number of business incubators" have inverse connection with concentration market. As these indicators
increase, the housing affordability ratio decreases, which is positive, that is, housing affordability for
the population is increasing. The number of coordinating councils is directly related to the result. That
is, the larger the number of coordination councils, the lower the availability of housing for the popula<
tion, indicating a lack of institutional support in the country.
