METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE ANTICCRISIS POTENTIAL OF A CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article investigates the development trends of construction enterprises, reveals their
features. The method of identification of crisis states of contractors on the basis of the system of indi<
cators of anti<crisis potential is formed. As a result of using the technology of data mining "classifica<
tion tree", a four<stage branched algorithm for checking the presence and depth of crisis phenomena has
been developed. To increase the efficiency of decision<making on the feasibility of additional equity rai<
sing by construction companies developed a methodological approach to forecasting the level of rehabi<
litation capacity of the construction company, which is a complex: multifactor model — linguistic scale,
allows to determine changes in payback period in the medium term using quantitative and estimates and
can be used as a functional module of digitized economic management of the enterprise.
