METHODOLOGY FOR STUDYING THE PERIODICITY OF INSTRUMENTAL OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPOSITION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF MEASURING WORKS
Abstract
Four zones of different intensities of the impact of new construction on adjacent buildings
were identified and, accordingly, four observation periods with a certain measurement cycle: operatio<
nal stability zone, permissible impact zone, pre<critical impact zone and critical impact zone in the pre<
emergency period of the unpredictable impact of new construction on adjacent buildings. The bounda<
ries of these zones are established by calculating the permissible values of the parameter change taking
into account the rate of such a change in time.
Improving the accuracy of measurements is necessary in the case of a critical approximation of the con<
trolled parameter to the lower boundary of the zone of critical influence and the inability to perform
compensation measures to prevent such an approximation. In this case, the accuracy of the parameter
measurement during active monitoring is characterized by the marginal deviation (marginal error).
Formulas for determining the interval and frequency of measurements for each specific zone of the
intensity of the impact of new construction are given.
