Abstract

Presented experience of using information modeling methods for effective instrumental
monitoring systems selection to obtain information about old buildings at different stages of their life
cycle. Using information modeling techniques to obtain information for old buildings will optimize the
process of determining the technical condition of buildings to take measures to prevent their destructi<
on. Aggregation in the study of the information models of buildings and structures within the life cycle
will automate the creation of a set of initial data to solve problems, analyze their conditionality, synthe<
size distributed databases and information platform of the subject area, which makes the research rele<
vant
