EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF A NEW BUILDING ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL BUILDING WITH MEANS AND THE RESULTS OF NATURAL OBSERVATIONS
Abstract
Any construction under compacted existing construction poses a number of additional
risks. In each case, it is an individual set of complications and non!standard conditions that can lead,
and unfortunately, often leads to unfavorable or dangerous situations for the surrounding objects of the
existing building, for the environment, for the production process, safety of work, etc. In order to secu!
re such construction, these risks should inevitably be taken into account in the preparation and imple!
mentation of the construction project. The zone and nature of the impact of hazardous and unfavorable
production factors are not obvious in each case, and for their effective consideration they must be pre!
determined in the process of pre!project research, design of a new building, and monitored already
during construction.
Mathematical modeling of the stress!strain state of the soil massif and its changes in the process of con!
struction make it possible to estimate the degree of influence of the works on the erection of the new buil!
ding on the surrounding building and to make a forecast of sedimentation.
On the basis of comparison of the calculated and normative values, appropriate recommendations are
made regarding the observation and monitoring of the technical condition of existing structures, and, if
necessary, the implementation of preventive measures to preserve their integrity.
The article deals with the possibilities of the soil system, which is used to determine the rigidity parame!
ters of soil and pile bases. Methods and algorithms for calculating settlements, rolls and distortions of
existing and designed structures in accordance with various regulatory documents are presented. The
possibilities of the GRUNT system on the real example assessment of the impact of the projected new
high!rise buildings on the existing surrounding building are considered. Predicted estimation of precipi!
tation based on the results of field surveys.
