systems. The analysis of features of exploitation and permanent repair is executed. Efficiency of the mod!
ern facade systems is appraised after the row of factors. Certainly, that in the real terms of exploitation of
modern housing and public building of the system with the ventilated facade and cladding of tiles from an
artificial stone, in particular porcelain tile, have the greatest efficiency and operating expediency.
