DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION MODELS OF COMPLEX PROCESS OF MEASURING WORKS DURING CONSTRUCTION OF MONOLITHIC<FRAME BUILDINGS

Abstract

Measuring works are an integral part of technological processes of construction producti
on, they should be associated with the timing of general construction, installation, special and other
works. Measuring works during the life cycle to the greatest extent affect the duration of the construc
tion phase, because by reducing (increasing) the duration of the measurements themselves can affect
the duration and sequence of the main work of technological processes during the construction of the
building. With the rapid development of information technology, scientific developments in the forma
tion of organizational and technological solutions for instrumental measurements in construction have
intensified.
The article presents an attempt to develop a construction information model of measuring works during
the construction of the ground part of monolithic frame buildings. The use of information modeling met
hods to obtain information about the geometric parameters of the structures of monolithic frame buil
dings will optimize the process of erection of buildings taking into account the obtained and actually
measured deviations of their dimensions in real time. The inclusion of the results of measurement work
in the construction information model (BIM) of the construction site makes the study relevant.
