Abstract

The article proves that in order to ensure sustainable development, corporate social respon<
sibility of construction companies (CSR BP) is no less important than a developed economic infrastruc<
ture, political stability or implementation of investment and innovation projects in housing construction.
A construction company is not just an economically integrated system, it is an organic part of a complex,
interconnected, interdependent set of institutions. The latter have a significant impact on the construc<
tion company, acting as consumers, suppliers, manufacturers of construction materials, authorities,
intermediaries, arbitrators, responsible contractors, and so on. This difficult network of relations inter<
twines economic, social, environmental, political interests, motives and aspirations, which are the basis
of CSR BP, which forms a strategy for sustainable development of the construction company in a com<
petitive environment. The main task of the business is to rank all "stakeholders" by the nature and degree
of their impact on the construction company, developing a strategy and policy of social responsibility,
adequate to expectations, in order to increase the non<economic benefits of the construction company
in the long run (strengthening the company's image , positive goodwill, etc.). And in case of crisis to
implement the proposed measures in the crisis management system as a whole, in which the assessment
of the level of anti<crisis potential of the construction company is carried out on an integrated basis,
taking into account socially responsible sustainable development and CSR princes.
