ESTABLISHING THE DEPENDENCE OF THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE CAPACITY FACTOR DURING RECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS

Abstract

The article is devoted to studies of the influence of constraint conditions on the efficiency of work during the reconstruction of buildings. The article provides a nomenclature of the main components of the constraint factor. A technique for forming a list of destabilizing factors and their components, a quantitative assessment of their impact on the efficiency of work is proposed. A method for predicting the cost of construction work is presented, depending on the degree of influence of the components of this factor.
