MANAGING THE OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF A CONSTRUCTION OBJECT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF DECISION THEORY
BIM implementation is an important aspect in the design, construction and operation of construction sites (OCs). The need to use VIM technologies at different stages of the life cycle of buildings and structures has been researched and substantiated. To analyze the application of BIM modeling, factor analysis was used to determine the characteristics of the OC, which can be observed, measured and modified, and through which it is possible to control the operational reliability of buildings and structures of various purposes at the operational stage. The problem of determining the technical condition of construction objects on the basis of the limit state estimation procedure within the VIM technology is considered. The mathematical formulation of the problem of managing the operational reliability of a construction object within the framework of decision theory is performed. The proposed synthetic model and procedure for construction of operational reliability management of a construction object within the framework of decision theory as a result of BIM modeling.
